1. Phạm vi

Chính sách này áp dụng cho phần mềm quản lý trung tâm đào tạo Eduto (start.eduto.asia và các địa chỉ <tên-trung-tâm>.eduto.asia) và website eduto.asia. Trung tâm sử dụng Eduto là bên quyết định dữ liệu học viên, khách hàng tiềm năng và nhân sự mà họ nhập vào; Eduto xử lý dữ liệu đó thay mặt trung tâm.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

• Thông tin tài khoản: họ tên, email, mật khẩu (chỉ lưu dạng băm), vai trò trong trung tâm.
• Khi đăng nhập bằng Google: họ tên, email và ảnh đại diện từ tài khoản Google của bạn (phạm vi openid, email, profile). Chúng tôi không truy cập Gmail, Drive, danh bạ hay dữ liệu Google nào khác.
• Dữ liệu trung tâm nhập vào: khóa học, lớp, học viên, điểm danh, khách hàng tiềm năng, thanh toán và các dữ liệu nghiệp vụ khác.
• Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt, thời điểm truy cập, dùng để bảo mật và chống lạm dụng.

3. Mục đích sử dụng

• Tạo và duy trì tài khoản, xác thực đăng nhập.
• Cung cấp các tính năng quản lý trung tâm.
• Gửi email cần thiết về tài khoản, dùng thử và thanh toán.
• Bảo mật hệ thống, phát hiện gian lận và lạm dụng.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu, không dùng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo và không dùng dữ liệu người dùng Google cho bất kỳ mục đích nào ngoài việc đăng nhập.

4. Dữ liệu người dùng Google

Việc Eduto sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận từ Google API tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Dịch vụ API Google (Google API Services User Data Policy), bao gồm các yêu cầu Sử dụng có giới hạn (Limited Use). Thông tin Google chỉ dùng để nhận diện bạn khi đăng nhập và không được chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba.

5. Lưu trữ và chia sẻ

Dữ liệu được lưu trên hạ tầng của Cloudflare. Dữ liệu của mỗi trung tâm được tách riêng và chỉ người dùng của trung tâm đó, theo vai trò được cấp, mới xem được. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu với nhà cung cấp hạ tầng cần thiết để vận hành dịch vụ, hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

6. Thời gian lưu trữ và xóa

Dữ liệu được giữ trong thời gian trung tâm còn sử dụng dịch vụ. Chủ trung tâm có thể yêu cầu xuất hoặc xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu; người dùng có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản của mình bằng cách gửi email tới [email protected]. Chúng tôi xử lý yêu cầu trong vòng 30 ngày.

7. Bảo mật

Kết nối được mã hóa HTTPS, mật khẩu được băm (PBKDF2), phiên đăng nhập dùng cookie HttpOnly và Secure, quyền truy cập theo vai trò.

8. Thay đổi

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang và thông báo cho chủ trung tâm nếu thay đổi quan trọng.

1. Scope

This policy covers the Eduto training-center management software (start.eduto.asia and <center>.eduto.asia) and the eduto.asia website. Each center decides on the student, lead and staff data it enters; Eduto processes that data on the center’s behalf.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), role in the center.
• With Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture (scopes openid, email, profile). We do not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
• Data your center enters: courses, classes, students, attendance, leads, payments and other business records.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and access times, used for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use it

• To create and maintain accounts and authenticate sign-in.
• To provide the center-management features.
• To send necessary emails about your account, trial and billing.
• To secure the service and detect fraud and abuse.

We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use Google user data for anything other than signing you in.

4. Google user data

Eduto’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google information is used only to identify you at sign-in and is not shared with third parties.

5. Storage and sharing

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Each center’s data is kept separate and visible only to that center’s users, according to their roles. We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service, or when required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the center uses the service. A center owner can request an export or full deletion; any user can request deletion of their account by emailing [email protected]. We handle requests within 30 days.

7. Security

HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (PBKDF2), HttpOnly Secure session cookies and role-based access.

8. Changes

When this policy changes we update the date above and notify center owners of significant changes.
