To support an upcoming large-scale project, EDUTO is seeking to recruit for the position of Customer Support Freelancer to join us in this endeavor. Hiring: 02 positions.
Project-based work: Duration of 3 to 6 months.
- Record customer-reported issues through the submit system and report them to the product team for resolution.
- Notify and update customers on the status of issue resolution after the problem is fixed.
- Deploy, install, and guide customers in software usage.
- Survey and advise customers to maximize their effective use of the software.
- Support customers with software-related issues throughout their usage period.
- Write product documentation as required by the company.
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Support or a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication skills; quick, friendly, and enthusiastic.
- Preference for candidates with a background in information technology.
- Responsible and dedicated to completing tasks on time while maintaining high quality.
- Attention to detail to minimize errors.
Hourly wage: 40,000 VND/hour.

Flexible shifts based on the registered schedule.
Shift duration: 1 hour/shift
Required to work 40 hours per week, with at least 20 hours onsite.
Onsite shifts end at 7:00 pm at the office. Remote work is allowed after 7:00 pm.
